An established private client team in Perth is looking to welcome an experienced Private Client Associate to support continued growth. The role will involve advising private individuals across a broad range of matters, including:
- Preparing wills across a wide range of personal and financial circumstances
- Advising on executry estates, including complex and taxable estates
- Inheritance tax planning
- Establishing and administering trusts, with associated trust law and asset protection advice
- Handling complex or sensitive executry and trust matters, including contentious issues
- Powers of Attorney and guardianship applications
This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor / Associate who:
- Has circa 5+ years’ PQE in private client work (flexibility around level)
- Is comfortable running their own caseload
- Enjoys working collaboratively on more complex instructions
- Has a commercial mindset and contributes positively to team performance
- Has an interest in business development and client relationship building
- Communicates confidently with clients from a range of backgrounds
