Providing comprehensive administrative support to patent attorneys and other professionals within the firm

Preparing and managing patent-related documentation, including applications, filings and correspondence with the UKIPO, EPO and WIPO

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
-
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of documents
-
Assisting with client billing, invoice preparation, and other financial tasks

Maintaining and updating case management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Patent Secretary, ideally up to 6 years
-
Strong knowledge of patent formalities and procedures

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management systems

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
