A leading Legal 100 firm is seeking a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer (circa 2+ PQE) to join its successful residential property team. You will work with high-profile clients including developers, investors, financial institutions and private individuals, handling high-value, complex matters from the outset.
The Department Handles:
- Residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions and deeds of variation
- Transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership
- Residential land acquisition and disposals
- Development and plot purchase work
Your Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential and rural property matters
- Advise on complex and high-value freehold, leasehold and development work
- Support clients with lease extensions, variations and regulatory issues
- Handle residential land transactions and development-related matters
- Liaise with developers, lenders, agents and referrers
- Support the growth of the team's rural property offering
Experience Required:
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with approx. 2+ PQE
- Experience in residential and/or rural property
- Confident handling complex, high-value transactions
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing, leasehold and development work
