You’ll be joining a team that acts for insurers and professionals on a really interesting mix of high-quality, often complex claims across multiple sectors.
The role: This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are quite the same. You’ll be:
- Defending professional indemnity claims
- Running a diverse caseload of disputes
- Working closely with insurers on coverage issues
- Getting exposure to claims involving financial services professionals
- Assisting on more specialist work involving pensions professionals
Experience required:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Minimum 3 years' PQE
- Experience in professional indemnity (defendant experience ideal, but not essential)
