The role:

As a Personal Injury Paralegal based in Glasgow, you'll support solicitors while also managing your own files across a varied and meaningful caseload. You'll work directly with clients who have experienced trauma, abuse or significant loss - often at some of the most difficult points in their lives - so the human side of this role is as important as the legal.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing personal injury files
  • Building trusted relationships with vulnerable clients, including children, families in crisis and survivors of abuse
  • Taking instructions sensitively and supporting clients through complex, emotionally demanding processes
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court papers
  • Preparing files for court and attending hearings where required
  • Maintaining accurate file records and progressing cases efficiently
  • Conducting legal research and gathering evidence

About you:

This role would suit a Personal Injury Paralegal who:

  • Has 2+ years' experience as a paralegal in personal injury or a related area
  • Brings a compassionate, client-centred approach to their work
