Key Responsibilities- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in electronics and semiconductor technologies
- Supporting global patent portfolio management for high‑tech clients
- Assisting with EPO oppositions and appeal proceedings where applicable
- Advising on patent strategy across R&D‑led innovation
- Working closely with inventors and in‑house counsel teams
- Conducting prior art searches and analysis
- Supporting PCT and multi‑jurisdictional filings
- Recently qualified Patent Attorney (or close to qualification)
- Background in electronics, physics, engineering, or related technical field
- Exposure to semiconductors or microelectronics strongly preferred
- Experience in drafting and prosecution at UKIPO and EPO level
- Strong technical understanding and ability to grasp complex subject matter
