About the Role
We are seeking a Patent Admin Manager to oversee the client administration function for patents across defined UK locations. The role focuses on ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, while aligning processes across offices. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including Group Heads, Office Heads, IT, Learning, and other business support functions, to optimise workflows, enhance service standards, and drive continuous improvement.
