A leading national firm is looking to recruit a talented commercial litigator to join its Litigation, Regulatory and Compliance team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate or Principal Associate who wants to work on complex, high value disputes within a team that is growing and highly respected across the UK.
You will work closely with senior lawyers on major contentious matters and support a client base that includes large corporates, well known household brands and fast growth businesses.
The RoleYou will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including:
- Complex contractual and commercial disputes
- High value High Court litigation
- Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
- Cross border and multi jurisdictional cases
- Sector focused disputes in areas such as financial services, technology and real estate
You will take a leading role on files, manage client relationships, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to wider business development.
About YouYou will ideally:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation
- Have experience managing complex and high value disputes
- Be confident communicating directly with clients
- Be able to mentor junior lawyers and support their development
- Bring strong commercial awareness and a collaborative approach
- Experience in technology related or cross border disputes would be helpful but is not essential.
