The role will see you supporting the firm’s Trade Mark Attorneys with a range of administrative and paralegal tasks across the full trade mark lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and filing UK, EU, and International trade mark applications
- Handling recordals, renewals, assignments, oppositions, and other trade mark procedures
- Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with attorneys, clients, and external agents globally
- Drafting standard correspondence and formal documents
- Conducting trade mark searches and assisting with portfolio management
- Previous experience working in a trade mark paralegal or formalities role
- Strong knowledge of UKIPO and EUIPO procedures
- Experience using IP management systems (e.g. WebTMS)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- CITMA Paralegal qualification (or working towards) is desirable
