A leading firm in the IP space is looking to recruit an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal to join their well-established team. The role will see you supporting the firm's Trade Mark Attorneys with a range of administrative and paralegal tasks across the full trade mark lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and filing UK, EU, and International trade mark applications
  • Handling recordals, renewals, assignments, oppositions, and other trade mark procedures
  • Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with attorneys, clients, and external agents globally
  • Drafting standard correspondence and formal documents
  • Conducting trade mark searches and assisting with portfolio management
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a trade mark paralegal or formalities role
  • Strong knowledge of UKIPO and EUIPO procedures
  • Experience using IP management systems (e.g. WebTMS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • CITMA Paralegal qualification (or working towards) is desirable
