My client is seeking an experienced company secretary to join a professional services firm providing governance and company secretarial support to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company lifecycle matters including incorporations, strike-offs, liquidations and restorations
- Prepare and file Companies House forms, Confirmation Statements, Overseas Entity filings and other statutory submissions
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
- Draft board minutes, resolutions and governance documentation
- Support share allotments, transfers, buy-backs and other corporate actions
- Attend board and committee meetings as required
- Assist with KYC, AML and compliance processes
- Monitor legislative developments and advise on governance best practice
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of UK company law and statutory compliance
- Experience preparing Companies House filings and maintaining corporate records
- Excellent minute-taking and drafting skills
- Experience using Diligent, Blueprint, Inform Direct or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and client-facing communication skills
