A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm with offices across Oxfordshire is now looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its busy and expanding Litigation department .
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious NQ to join a firm known for its approachable culture, high-quality work, and commitment to developing junior talent.
The Role
Working closely with experienced solicitors and partners, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of dispute resolution matters , including:
- Commercial litigation β contractual disputes, director/shareholder matters, and debt recovery
- Property litigation β landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and rights of way
- Contentious probate β inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, and claims under the Inheritance Act
Youβll be encouraged to build your own caseload over time and will benefit from strong supervision and regular client contact.
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to 3 years PQE) with a seat in litigation or dispute resolution
- Have strong legal drafting and analytical skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and client care abilities
- Be organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Be looking to develop your career within a supportive, modern provincial firm
