This position is to work at an established Legal 500 Law firm assisting 2 Partners on a range of Court of Protection matters covering both sides; health & wealth and property & finance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing high-value deputyships and private trust matters
- Liaising with professionals (case managers, doctors, therapists, surveyors, financial advisors, and legal experts)
- Budget control & financial monitoring to ensure clients’ best interests are protected
- Drafting personal injury trusts and legal documents
Experience in court of protection, private client or related legal areas such as clinical negligence or personal injury is required.
