100% Remote Working Solicitor or Legal Executive Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury & Catastrophic Injury Full Time (Or potentially 4 days/week)

What will you do?
- Work within a high value claimant Catastrophic Injury & Clinical Negligence team
- Assist a very experienced team leader with matters including:
- Take initial instructions
- Identify and proof liability witnesses
- Create & draft letters of claim
- Attend conferences with experts, counsel & clients (alone or with the team)
- Prepare all matters for issue
- Manage all critical dates & comply with court timetables
- Prepare court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
- Instruct and brief counsel
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive (with practicing rights, or very soon able to obtain these)
- To already be a Grade A or B Fee Earner
- 4+ years PQE
- Ideally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury or clinical negligence cases
- EL/PL experience
- Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential
- Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
- Experience handling agreed costs work
