The role
As a Legal PA in Aberdeen, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to a busy team of solicitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary and inbox management
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and presentations
- Opening and closing client files
- Coordinating meetings, travel and events
- Managing billing processes and client invoicing
- Liaising with clients and internal departments
- Maintaining client records and databases
- Supporting team meetings and wider administrative projects
- Assisting with business development and client engagement activities
About you
This role would suit a Legal PA or Legal Secretary who:
- Has previous PA or administrative support experience
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
- Communicates confidently with clients and colleagues
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has legal sector experience
