100% Remote Working Solicitor or Legal Executive Personal Injury & Catastrophic Injury Full Time (Or potentially 4 days/week) Compressed hours considered.

What will you do?

  • Run your own caseload of claimant Catastrophic Injury PI claims - under supervision
  • Take initial instructions
  • Manage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary
  • Liaise with experts, counsel & clients
  • Preparing court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc
  • Instruct and brief counsel
  • Diarise & comply with court timetables

What will you need?

  • To already be a Grade A or B Fee Earner
  • 4+ years PQE experience
  • Ideally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury cases
  • EL/PL experience
  • Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential
  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters
  • Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal
