The opportunity:

We are seeking a Patent Paralegal to join a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in patent administration or formalities looking to develop their career within a growing IP practice. You will work closely with Patent Attorneys, assisting with the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patent applications, both in the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing and filing patent applications with the UKIPO and international offices
  • Managing deadlines and correspondence for patent portfolios
  • Assisting attorneys with formalities, renewals, and case management
  • Liaising with clients, patent offices, and foreign associates
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting IP administrative processes
