This role offers the chance to work alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value disputes for major corporates, public sector organisations and high-net-worth individuals.

The team is recognised nationally for its commercial approach and handles a broad range of significant disputes, regularly acting against Magic Circle, US and leading City firms.

You will work on a varied caseload of commercial disputes and gain exposure to matters including:

  • Professional negligence claims

The team acts for clients across a range of sectors including retail, technology, transport, financial services, energy, healthcare and manufacturing.
