Interim Assistant Company Secretary Are you an experienced company secretary looking for a new challenge? My asset management client are seeking a dedicated Interim Assistant Company Secretary for 3-6 months to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to various Boards and Committees, ensuring the seamless execution of meetings and governance processes. Key Responsibilities: Attend and minute internal and external board and committee meetings. Arrange logistics for board meetings, including travel and accommodation. Preparing and filing documents with Companies House Capital reductions/dividends and use of Diligent Entities Updating the corporate governance tracker Support corporate governance projects like annual reports and director onboarding. Maintain statutory records and assist with FCA filings. Key Skills: 4-5 years of relevant experience. Experience with statutory filings in particular capital reductions/share transfers Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification preferred. Excellent minuting and communication skills. Proficient with Boardbook Portal (Diligent or similar) Hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home.
