A leading claimant law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its established and highly regarded team. You can work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis from the Newcastle office, with only 1 to 2 days per month in the office if preferred. The Role
- Join a large and experienced clinical negligence team handling a varied caseload of high quality matters.
- Support senior lawyers while also managing your own cases under appropriate supervision.
- Involved in cases from initial instruction through to resolution or trial, gaining exposure to all stages of litigation in a collaborative and well structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters.
- Support senior lawyers on complex cases.
- Assist with case strategy and progression.
- Draft legal documents including letters of claim and instructions.
- Prepare cases for settlement or litigation.
- Engage with clients and provide clear, empathetic advice.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with up to 5 years PQE.
- Experience handling a clinical negligence caseload.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Commercial awareness within a legal environment.
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client care skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
