A well-established and fast-growing specialist conveyancing firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team on a fully remote basis to handle the firms annual leave and absence cover files.
You will not have your own specific caseload but assist the firm\’s staff with their caseloads when they are on annual leave or absent.

The firm is headquartered in Yorkshire but are offering a fully remote working position , and due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Conveyancer with experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload , specifically freehold sales and purchases .
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Solid knowledge of freehold transactions (sale and purchase)
- Experience in leasehold and/or new build transactions is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
