A well-established and highly regarded residential conveyancing firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its expanding team. This is a fully remote, home-based role offering flexibility, independence, and the chance to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and progressive legal environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer who is confident working independently and dedicated to delivering outstanding client service.

Role Overview

You will handle a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. Transactions will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role involves regular contact with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals to ensure each transaction proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
  • Review and prepare contracts, title documents, searches, and legal forms
  • Draft and finalise transfer deeds, contracts, and mortgage documentation
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties involved
  • Oversee key stages including exchange of contracts, completion, and Land Registry registration
  • Ensure all work complies with current legal, regulatory, and AML requirements
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Conveyancer
  • Proven experience running a busy caseload independently
  • In-depth knowledge of UK property law and the conveyancing process
  • Confident using digital tools such as Land Registry portals and online search systems
  • Membership or accreditation with the Law Society, CLC, or similar professional body (preferred)
