I am recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm with a strong regional presence and national recognition for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE.
The firm's contentious probate practice is an important and growing area of the business.
You will join a specialist team advising on a broad range of complex and high-value estate, will and trust disputes, including Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel and agricultural succession matters.
As you progress, there will also be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, develop your technical expertise and mentor more junior members of the team.
