A leading UK law firm is seeking a Health Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. The firm is recognised for its supportive culture, commitment to flexible working, and strong focus on helping employees balance their professional and personal lives. Flexible working is actively encouraged, with the option to work fully remotely or on a hybrid basis from the Northern office.

The Health Litigation team specialises in clinical negligence and employers’ liability and public liability claims, acting for healthcare clients including NHS bodies and related organisations. The team has received significant industry recognition in recent years and is known for delivering high quality legal services within a collaborative and forward thinking environment.

You will assist on and manage a caseload of defendant clinical negligence and EL PL claims within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist colleagues on higher value and complex claims
