I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that is continuing to expand its high-performing property team. This is a standout opportunity for experienced Property Lawyers seeking genuine flexibility, strong earning potential and clear long-term progression within a modern, forward-thinking business.

What truly sets this opportunity apart is its commitment to remote and home working. You will have the option to work on a fully remote, home-working basis, or adopt a hybrid arrangement if preferred. This is not a token offering; remote working is fully embedded, well-supported and designed to enable you to perform at your best without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Whether your goal is to improve work-life balance, eliminate commuting, or build a more flexible working routine around your life, this role is built to support it.

The Firm has developed an outstanding reputation by combining innovative technology with a genuinely client-focused approach. With strong infrastructure and regional support across the UK, you will benefit from the security and resources of a national organisation, while enjoying the autonomy and flexibility of a remote/home-working model. The systems, processes and operational support are specifically designed to ensure that those working remotely can operate efficiently, collaboratively and at a consistently high level.

The Role involves managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload aligned to your experience, which will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters

You will be supported by modern case management systems and dedicated operational teams, allowing you to focus on progressing transactions and delivering an excellent client experience, wherever you are working. A key highlight of the role is the highly competitive and transparent bonus structure, offering realistic additional earnings of up to £18,000 per year on top of your base salary. This gives you genuine control over your income while working in a remote or home-based environment. There is also a clearly defined career pathway, ensuring real progression opportunities as you grow within the business.

About You: You will have experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently, with solid technical knowledge across property transactions. You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • The ability to work effectively in a remote/home-working environment
  • A proactive, service-driven mindset

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers.

What’s on Offer: Competitive base salary with bonus potential up to £18,000, fully remote/home working as standard, with hybrid options available, 25 days’ annual leave plus your birthday off, free conveyancing legal fees, additional leave when moving home, volunteering days, retail discounts and regular social events, refer-a-friend bonus scheme, ongoing structured training and development.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, growing firm that genuinely embraces remote and home working, without compromising on earnings, career progression or quality of work.
