An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced company secretarial professional to join a leading corporate services firm. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality governance and company secretarial services while supporting complex corporate structures and transactions. This role offers hybrid working following probation, excellent career development and exposure to an international client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, ensuring statutory compliance and governance best practice.
  • Draft and review board minutes, resolutions and shareholder documentation.
  • Lead board and shareholder meeting processes, oversee Companies House and regulatory filings, and maintain statutory records.
  • Coordinate document execution, registrations and governance calendars while mentoring junior team members.

Key Skills

  • Company secretarial experience within professional services.
  • Studying towards (or keen to pursue) CGI qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of company law, governance and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent organisational, drafting and stakeholder management skills.

Hybrid Working

Following a 3-month probation period (4 days per week in the office), the role moves to a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home hybrid working pattern.
