The Role
The firm is seeking a corporate senior associate solicitor or Partner with at least 5 years’ PQE to join a highly experienced yet close-knit team. In this role, you will:
- Work alongside top-quality lawyers on high-calibre matters
- Manage your own caseload of corporate work
- Assist on more complex transactions to further develop your expertise
- Provide a full range of corporate legal services to a diverse client base, including public companies, multinationals, financial institutions, owner-managed businesses, and start-ups
- Your work will primarily focus on general M&A, including data rooms, disclosure exercises, and drafting.
