This role suits a senior lawyer who thrives on technical detail, enjoys unpicking thorny liability and coverage issues, and values working closely with insurers and professional clients. You’ll join a collaborative, well-supported team, gain exposure to heavyweight work and play a key part in the firm’s continued growth.
Experience- 8+ years’ PQE (applications from 5+ PQE with relevant litigation experience will be considered)
- Experience in litigation, solicitor advocacy, commercial disputes, insurance, or professional indemnity
- Confident advising on strategy, coverage, and managing complex claims from start to finish
- Excellent analytical and drafting ability with meticulous attention to detail
- Skilled at building and managing relationships with senior professionals, clients, and insurers
- Comfortable supervising junior colleagues while also working independently
- Commercially aware with an interest in contributing to business development
- Flexible working options – full-time or four days per week
