An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Employment Partner to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its continued growth in Scotland. This role offers the chance to play a key part in the development of an established Glasgow Employment team, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment matters while helping to drive the strategic growth of the practice.

The role:

As an Employment Partner, you will work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on complex employment law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Supporting clients through restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes
  • Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and senior employee issues
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
  • Supporting the mentoring and development of colleagues within the team

About you:

This role would suit an Employment Partner who:

  • Has an established reputation in employment law
  • Brings a client following or well-developed referral network
  • Has experience advising on a broad range of employment matters
