You’ll work closely with high‑net‑worth individuals, families and trustees on complex, high‑value matters while helping to shape the direction, profile and future of the private client offering. As a senior private client lawyer, you’ll advise on the full spectrum of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, succession planning, inheritance tax and powers of attorney. You’ll take the lead on complex instructions, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and professional referrers.
Alongside client work, you’ll play an active role in developing the private client offering, raising its profile, and supporting business development and networking activity. Mentoring and guiding junior colleagues will also form part of the role, helping to develop the next generation within the team.
