I’m working with a leading international provider of fund administration and corporate services that is looking to appoint a Manager – Fund Services with a focus on Board Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business with a global footprint and a strong reputation in delivering high-quality solutions to asset managers and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide company secretarial support to a diverse portfolio of fund and real estate clients.
  • Attend and minute board meetings, manage agendas and board packs, and liaise with directors and stakeholders.
  • Oversee regulatory, statutory and listing compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support the onboarding of new funds and play a key role in fund launches and transactions.
  • Mentor junior staff and help shape governance standards within the team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in fund administration and real estate transactions.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, company secretarial processes, and listed fund structures.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. CGI/STEP) are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Hybrid Working

The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with two days per week required in the London office.
