Iām working with a leading international provider of fund administration and corporate services that is looking to appoint a Manager ā Fund Services with a focus on Board Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business with a global footprint and a strong reputation in delivering high-quality solutions to asset managers and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide company secretarial support to a diverse portfolio of fund and real estate clients.
- Attend and minute board meetings, manage agendas and board packs, and liaise with directors and stakeholders.
- Oversee regulatory, statutory and listing compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support the onboarding of new funds and play a key role in fund launches and transactions.
- Mentor junior staff and help shape governance standards within the team.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in fund administration and real estate transactions.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, company secretarial processes, and listed fund structures.
- Professional qualifications (e.g. CGI/STEP) are desirable.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Hybrid Working
