Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a senior solicitor or chartered legal executive to join one of Wiltshire’s leading family teams. Become part of one of the regions largest family teams handling high-value, complex cases
What will you do?
- Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Advise on complex & international matters on behalf of U/HNW clients both locally, nationally and internationally
- Financial settlements and financial remedies
- Private children law (more/less of this depending on you)
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- TOLATA matters (More of this if you are keen)
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
- At least 7 year's PQE
- Experience in family law
- To be ambitious, collaborative, and keen to contribute to an expanding, forward-thinking team
