What will you do?
- This is a broad private client role to include:
- Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
- Probate and estate administration
- Giving advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers and the independently wealthy (and their advisors)
- Often advising multiple generations of families
- Providing succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate
- Being on hand to mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team
- Those with specialisms they want to continue will be welcomed
What will you need?
- At least 5 years' experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Private client experience
- Ideally some exposure to high-net-worth clients (not essential)
- Ideally some managerial experience
- Candidates from smaller law firms will be considered
