An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Employment Partner to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its continued growth in Scotland. This role offers the chance to play a key part in the development of an established Glasgow Employment team, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide range of employment matters while helping to drive the strategic growth of the practice.

The role:
As an Employment Partner, you'll work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing strategic advice on complex employment law matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Supporting clients through restructures, TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes
- Advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and senior employee issues
- Acting as a trusted adviser to boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
- Supporting the mentoring and development of colleagues within the team
About you:

- Has an established reputation in employment law
- Brings a client following or well-developed referral network
- Has experience advising on a broad range of employment matters
- Demonstrates excellent commercial awareness and business development capability
