Electronics Patent Attorney

This position focuses on working with an impressive portfolio of clients in the electronics and high-tech sectors, ranging from start-ups to global corporations. You will be entrusted with handling complex patent matters, developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the firm’s electronics practice., * Drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the UKIPO, EPO and other international patent offices

• Advising clients on IP strategy, including portfolio development and management

• Conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate and infringement analyses

• Handling opposition and appeal proceedings at the EPO

• Providing bespoke advice to clients and maintaining strong professional relationships

• Supporting the team by mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing
