An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join a growing professional services firm. Working within an established governance team, you'll manage a varied client portfolio while supporting the development of company secretarial services across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of UK entities
  • Prepare and review company secretarial documentation, including board minutes, share transactions and corporate changes
  • Ensure statutory compliance, Companies House filings and PSC requirements are met
  • Support corporate reorganisations and governance projects
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Build strong relationships with clients and professional advisers

Key Skills & Experience

  • CGI qualified, part-qualified or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and UK company secretarial practice
  • Experience managing client portfolios within professional services
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience desirable
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
