Your Role

  • Advise family members, care providers and professionals on Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act
  • Support vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
  • Manage financial affairs, health and welfare, deputyships and trustee matters
  • Visit clients in care settings and at home if required

What You Will Need

  • To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
  • Experience handling court of protection matters
  • Candidate with more general private client experience to include Court of protection are very welcome to apply
