Your Role
- Advise family members, care providers and professionals on Court of Protection matters under the Mental Capacity Act
- Support vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
- Manage financial affairs, health and welfare, deputyships and trustee matters
- Visit clients in care settings and at home if required
What You Will Need
- To be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
- Experience handling court of protection matters
- Candidate with more general private client experience to include Court of protection are very welcome to apply
