Your Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:
- Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Assist the Head of Department with supervising and mentoring.
- Work closely with the in-house support team for onboarding, post-completion, and business support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews, and leasehold matters.
- Candidates based in Plymouth or with strong local connections are welcome to apply, as are those looking to relocate.
- Any managerial experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
