Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to run your own caseload and support the Head of Department with supervising and developing other members of the team.

Your Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

  • Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Assist the Head of Department with supervising and mentoring.
  • Work closely with the in-house support team for onboarding, post-completion, and business support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews, and leasehold matters.
  • Candidates based in Plymouth or with strong local connections are welcome to apply, as are those looking to relocate.
  • Any managerial experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
