My client has recently been bought out by a PE Firm, who are committed to investing millions into their business with the key aim of growth. Their corporate team is going from strength to strength and we are currently looking for a senior level hire to work alongside their 3 partners in the Manchester office.
The business has plenty of existing work; you do not need your own practice though it would of course be welcomed. Typically mid-level deal sizes here, looking for classic M&A experience as well as experience with MBOs, MBIs, private equity, joint ventures, restructures, and demergers. Real career progression is possible here, and the PE backing means potentially lucrative opportunities down the line.
Also, hybrid working with brand new offices including a yoga studio, bar, etc., they are about to move into in central Manchester. All of the partners have come from leading firms in the L500.
