Corporate Solicitor

A leading Legal 100 law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and joint ventures, for a diverse client base ranging from fast-growth companies to international corporates and family offices.

The Role:

As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in leading and delivering complex corporate transactions, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives. The work often includes an international dimension and spans sectors such as aviation, insurance, food & beverage, and manufacturing.

Recent matters have included:

• Advising on cross-border joint ventures
• Acting on private equity-backed disposals
• Supporting strategic acquisitions and shareholder exits
• Advising boards on corporate governance and regulatory matters

• Significant experience in corporate law, ideally with a focus on M&A and private equity
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
