As part of the Corporate team, you will:

Work with a diverse client base of businesses from large enterprises to SMEs and startups

Provide expert advice on both contentious and non-contentious corporate matters, including transactional and contractual issues, disputes and company law

Leverage the firm’s international reach to support clients operating across the UK, Europe, Asia, Turkey and beyond

You should have a strong background in corporate commercial law with substantial post qualification experience

You will be confident in independently handling files, with access to partner support when needed

You should possess leadership skills and have experience in supervision

A small following of work is advantageous but not a necessity
