Senior Corporate Solicitor – Leeds. L500 Firm.
Quick route to partnership.
My client are a very well established, large regional firm, with London office to boot. They now have four corporate partners and their most recent hire, from a tier 1 global law firm is seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to work alongside them as their right hand person. There is definitely an opportunity for quick route to partnership. You will have the support in the team of several other associates too. The work is a mix from Large FTSE250 corporations to SMEs, and deal sizes are increasing, the dept is in growth phase. We are looking for a classic corporate lawyer with M&A type b/ground, some Private Equity might be useful too, though latter not essential. This is a very flexible firm, so if you yourself are looking for better work life balance but to retain a high standard of work this would be a great role.
