About the Role

Are you an experienced conveyancer looking for something new and different? This is a unique opportunity to join a next-generation law firm that’s reimagining residential conveyancing through cutting-edge technology and AI. You’ll manage a small, high-quality caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions (including new build and shared ownership) while collaborating with legal technologists to shape the future of conveyancing. This is an early, high-impact role where your expertise will help define best practices and influence how technology transforms the home-buying process.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions with a focus on quality and client care.
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to test and refine AI-driven workflows.
  • Identify process improvements and risk themes to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing, tech-driven culture.
  • Enjoy flexible working hours and a hybrid setup (Central London office 2–3 days per week).

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience running residential conveyancing transactions, including complex leasehold, shared ownership, and new build.
  • Strong technical legal knowledge, compliance awareness, and client relationship skills.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and excited about using technology to improve the profession.
  • Ideally qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (typically 5+ years PQE, but capability matters most).

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Equity: Share options in an early-stage venture
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 5% employer pension, CPD support, and more
  • Career Growth: Visible impact, merit-based progression, and the chance to shape a new model for conveyancing

Why Apply?

This is not a traditional law firm role. It’s a chance to build, not just bill —to join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and client excellence. If you want to future-proof your career and help redefine conveyancing, we’d love to hear from you.
