Company Secretarial Manager
A well-respected professional services firm is looking to hire a Company Secretarial Manager to join its dynamic and collaborative statutory team. This is a full-time position based in its London office, with the option of hybrid working (1–2 days in the office after the three-month probationary period). The role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of company secretarial responsibilities, with particular emphasis on Diligent Entities (Blueprint).
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory compliance and handle event-driven filings
- Communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries and internal stakeholders
- Uphold governance best practices across client portfolios
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members
- Monitor and respond to changes in regulatory and legal frameworks
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK company secretarial role
- Fully or part-qualified with CGIUKI
- Solid knowledge of the Companies Act, PSC requirements and recent regulatory updates
- Proficiency in Diligent Entities and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and confident client interaction
Flexible Working:
After a 3 month induction, the role offers hybrid working arrangements, typically requiring attendance at the office 1–2 days per week.
