Introduction
We are working with a highly regarded professional services firm seeking a talented Company Secretarial Manager to join its growing governance team. Reporting to the Head of Client Governance & Company Secretarial, this role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse client portfolio. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses, providing expert advice on governance, statutory compliance, and complex share transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee statutory filings and entity management, ensuring compliance with UK company law.
- Manage share transactions, restructurings, and other corporate actions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive governance support.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
Key Skills & Experience
