The Role:

  • As a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE), you will work closely with experienced partners and a supportive team on a wide range of real estate matters.
  • The firm acts for a strong client base across the region, offering exposure to high-quality work including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Commercial lease negotiations for landlords and tenants
  • Development projects and site acquisitions
  • Title splitting and commercial refinancing
  • Secured lending and real estate finance
  • Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
  • Plot sales and new-build developments
  • Landlord and Management Company services

What You'll Need:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-2 years PQE)
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Commercial Property seat during training
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
