The Role:
- As a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE), you will work closely with experienced partners and a supportive team on a wide range of real estate matters.
- The firm acts for a strong client base across the region, offering exposure to high-quality work including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Commercial lease negotiations for landlords and tenants
- Development projects and site acquisitions
- Title splitting and commercial refinancing
- Secured lending and real estate finance

- Landlord and Management Company services
What You'll Need:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-2 years PQE)
