Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner

BRISTOL

I\'m keen to speak to ambitious, experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyers who are keen to step into a Partner role or a role that has a clear path to Partnership, where you will lead the department in the Bristol office.

About the Role

You’ll advise clients across a wide variety of contentious commercial matters, including:

  • Contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, and professional negligence claims
  • Enforcement of restrictive covenants and urgent injunction proceedings
  • Corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring issues
  • Property litigation, including recovery of rent arrears, lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations, and forfeiture
  • Complex cross-border disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional elements

About You

  • Qualified lawyer with circa 8PQE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or insolvency
  • Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
  • Brings a proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team

Experience of advising in insolvency, property disputes, or urgent injunctive relief would be an advantage. Also experience in regulatory or policy-driven matters are of interest.
