Senior Company Secretarial Assistant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join a growing international financial services business.
Working within an expanding company secretarial team, you will support a diverse portfolio of international clients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients from inception through to dissolution.
- Ensure statutory obligations and filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and circulate board packs, agendas and notices.
- Attend and minute board meetings and draft ad hoc minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
- Liaise with local and international clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support new client onboarding and ad hoc corporate projects.

- 1–3 years’ relevant company secretarial experience.
- Strong experience using

- CGI qualified or committed to studying towards the qualification.
