We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services firm for a Trainee Company Secretary to join their busy and highly regarded Governance team.
About the Role
This office-based role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career while working towards the Chartered Governance Qualification, fully funded by the employer, alongside structured on-the-job training and strong partner support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory records and prepare company documentation
- Submit Confirmation Statements and filings to Companies House
- Assist with company and LLP formations
- Draft meeting minutes and conduct corporate searches
Qualifications
- Minimum 120 UCAS points (graduates: 2:1 preferred)
Required Skills
- Keen interest in a career in corporate governance

- CGI qualifications advantageous
- Prior company secretarial experience advantageous
