What's the Opportunity:
This is a senior sales position responsible for managing probate and estate administration enquiries through a consultative sales process—from initial enquiry through to instruction and onboarding. Central to the role will be to convert leads into instructed cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound probate enquiries
- Conduct consultative client conversations to assess needs
- Recommend appropriate service options (grant-only or full estate administration)
- Provide accurate quotations and convert enquiries into instructions
- Oversee onboarding to Operations
- Maintain strong conversion performance across lead-to-quote and quote-to-sale ratios
Your profile:
- Strong background in probate or estate administration - ESSENTIAL
- Confident in client-facing, consultative sales conversations
- Comfortable handling a mix of lead quality, from warm referrals to early-stage enquiries
- Commercially aware, with experience working to KPIs and conversion targets
- Collaborative team mindset with a focus on shared success
